Biography —
Phil Neuman currently serves as the Senior Student Conduct Hearing Officer for Student Conduct and Community Standards at the University of Kansas. Prior to his work in Student Conduct and Community Standards, Phil worked in Housing and Residence Life at Minnesota State University, Mankato, and the University of Kansas. Phil earned a Bachelor of Science in History from the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh, and a Master of Science in Counseling and College Student Development from Kansas State University.
Phil’s enthusiasm for working in higher education comes from supporting students as they navigate challenges both personally and academically. Phil enjoys the opportunity to learn more about each student’s journey to the University of Kansas as well as encouraging students to reflect on their experiences to develop and grow. Outside of work, Phil enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking his dog (Wrigley) on walks, traveling, and watching sports.
