Stephanie Baugh

Stephanie Baugh serves as the Restorative Justice Coordinator for Student Conduct and Community Standards at the University of Kansas.  In this position, Stephanie is able to embody the department’s goals of care, student development, and positive community interactions.  She prioritizes the facilitation of the healing process for individuals and communities when needed and developing leaders capable of navigating conflicts and learning from mistakes.

Stephanie received her Ed.D. in Education from the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California, her MBA from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business, and her BS from the University of Kansas.  Stephanie previously worked in collegiate athletics in student-athlete development in various Division I institutions around the country.
